Disaster! We used The Seattle Plumbing Company for to fix a leaking toilet. Norm came out. He was great with us and our kids. But after $400+ he didn't fix the problem.
We woke up the next day to water in the bathroom and damage on all three floors of our house. We are now pulling up the floors.
I have called the plumbing company countless times and left multiple messages over the course of a week with no return call.
Do not use these guys!

We are new to the Seattle area and finding reputable and reliable help has been a challenge. Happy to have found The Seattle Plumbing Company! When I called to make an appointment and explained what we needed Evan was responsive and informative. Norm was our guy on the job and he was knowledgeable, efficient and forthright. Such a relief to know we can rely on these guys with our plumbing needs.

I called Seattle Plumbing Company because they were close to my house. Yesterday, a Saturday, they answered the phone and were willing to discuss my plumbing problem with me (a plumber answered the phone!).
Mark was at my house within 45 minutes to stop the water leaking from my water heater. He was very personable and he was very skilled. He got me up and running quickly and I didn't have to wait until Monday.
I will use these guys again.

I called this company after reading their website. It was difficult getting any pricing information on plumbing company websites and found The Seattle Plumbing Co.'s website to be very informative.
I had two issues to be dealt with: I needed a new sink and faucet and my hot water boiler needed to be serviced.
The guy that showed up (Rick) proved to be very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to have in my home. He measured the sink, called the office and found me the sink and faucet I needed and had it done before lunch.
I have a 1960 vintage boiler heating my home that has had a few issues over
