PKM Landscape Design, Inc. will not replace plants killed by animals, rodents, insects, and mechanical damage, neglect including lack of water (not watered by an automated irrigation system), natural disasters, transplants or other reasons over which PKM Landscape Design, Inc.This warranty does not cover annuals, small perennials, ground covers, wildflowers, seeds, bulbs, roses and non-winter hardy plants.

A solid 5. From the first meeting to the follow up and maintenance 2 years later, the experience with this landscape design company has been very satisfying. Patrick listened to what we needed,and connected with us in terms of understanding our budget and our vision, which is the main reason we are so satisfied.
The design was basically "organic" and showed creativity in light of the limitations of our property. His design made the most of the front and back yards, which the workers implemented well. We wanted traditional trees, which is what PKM used, but with a varied look something
