When I bought our house in Arlington, Downing landscape services was recommended to me by the former owner as they had maintained the property for quite some time. Trying to be a good neighbor, I decided to keep the relationship going. However, upon receiving my first and some subsequent bills I was absolutely shocked at how high the services were for mowing and maintaining the shrubbery and lawn. I will say that the work he and his team did was quite good, but he was at least 4 to 5 times above two other bids that I had gotten from other local providers.
