Legacy Healthcare, Inc. was founded in 1997 for the sole purpose of providing "100+1" service to skilled nursing patients. The company was founded by the father and son team of Blaine and Jeff Hendrickson, who have over fifty years of combined healthcare management experience and extensive leadership roles in industry-related associations.
Here at Legacy, we set out to provide a new standard of care rarely achieved in the skilled nursing environment. Mr. Hendrickson founded Legacy HealthCare in 1997 with the goal to create a healthcare company that achieved new standards in an industry that has too often been stereotyped as institutional. The mission is simple: "Committed to 100+1 Service" Mr. Hendrickson applies this mission daily in coordination with the company values to lead the company and inspire excellent healthcare.
Our facilities take pride in offering the best skilled nursing services, sub-acute services, social services, activities programs, physical and occupational rehabilitation programs, and other services to help promote the health and happiness of our residents. Legacy Healthcare facilities are two of the only facilities in the Inland Empire with a MediCal Sub-Acute Contract.
