In 2015 Karen Mensch assumed full ownership of Murray & Mensch, P.C. after a partnership with Pat Murray beginning in 2010. Karen's career with Murray & Mensch began in 1997. The firm was originally established as Patrick L. Murray, P.C. in late 1986. Offices were then located in First Bank of Texas Building.

The services we offer cover a wide range of financial reporting, governmental filing, financial analysis and client training.
Reentering the workforce with Murray & Mensch, P.C. in the fall of 1997 has proven to be a most rewarding career decision. I enjoy helping clients minimize the efforts to comply with confusing tax law and accounting technicalities. Problem solving is another of my strengths that I delight in using while organizing my clients' financial transactions.
I am the product of the military lifestyle and spent the first 18 years of my life in various locations throughout the world. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1974, married Jerry in 1977, and raised three daughters in McKinney. I now have an expanded family of three great sons-in-law and eight grandchildren.
I was raised in Olathe, Kansas, watching the city grow from less than 8,000 people to over 80,000 people. In 1983, I graduated from the University of Kansas with a dual bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration. Beginning my career in the medical industry selling durable medical equipment, I started my own business in medical sales with a partner when we moved to North Texas.
