Newton Buckley is a 1962 graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where he received a BBA in Accounting. He obtained his Certified Public Accountancy Certificate in 1969. After working in the Accounting Department of Dresser Industries and Varo in Garland for several years, he and his family moved to Allen, Texas, where he opened his doors to Newton Buckley CPA in 1972.

Having Newton Buckley for a CPA for over 40 years has made my life much less complicated. He is professional, trustworthy, detail oriented, a people person, and he adheres to a strict ethical code. Dishonest, incompetent, and slow. We were told that we would have a free consultation but he charged us for that (he charged more for the consult then we've ever paid for the entire taxes to be completed). We turned in all the information (including the expense categories totalled, income totalled, daily account totals reconciled per account) early January and he did not finish the work till August. He asked over and over again for the same data (that was in the original file I submitted to him). The only thing I could think was that he kept loosing the paperwork or that he doesn&apos
