Services
Preventative care and early detection of problems are key to your pet's long-term health. Our doctors will perform a nose to tail exam at your annual visit and discuss any findings, changes from your last visit, and concerns you may have. At your annual visit we will recommend the appropriate vaccines and testing based on your pet's needs.
Dental care is essential to your pet's longevity. We perform a comprehensive oral health assessment and provide necessary treatment. Full mouth dental x-rays are performed with every dental allowing us to assess dental health below the gumline. Teeth are then scaled and polished and any necessary extractions and procedures are completed.

Andi and Dr. Raines did everything they possibly could to help us in our long-distance dog breeding endeavor. We could have not asked for more effort, know-how, or compassion.

Critical: Value
Was charged an additional emergency room fee for a non emergency visit because I was a walk in. They also try to push off a lot of non relevant medications. I believe the vets are all good vets, but they seem a bit greedy in my opinion. I will most likely try to find another vet in the area who aren't as greedy.

Waste of time!! They somehow didn’t have my appointment listed and the less than pleasant receptionists are never consistent on information and often leave vital details out. There is always a wait even if they did correctly schedule your appointment. The vet techs forget to provide items they say they will, don’t follow up on questions we have with the vet, and just generally seem clueless. We gave several chances but this was the last one, no apologies or attempts to reschedule were made by the receptionist either!

I took my Layla in on an emergency. I was very appreciative on how they worked to get her taken care of but was very upset on the lack of sympathy all they cared about was money! Everyday it was about our bill ($2400) when they had the card on file. I visited Layla everyday after her surgery and she was walked into a room. The third day she didn’t not walk into the room she was carried and placed on the floor. Her stomach was three times the size of normal. I signed the papers again for a second surgery that was supposed to happen after I left at 3:50 pm on June 24th. I get a call before six

Super impressed with our entire experience!! We brought our chicken in (despite flipping through a good recipe book beforehand). The staff here didn't care what type of animal it was and treated us with the same level of care and compassion as anyone else. The doctor's knowledge and expertise helped us to better understand what was going on and the best approach for treatment. I would highly recommend them!

I have always had a great experience here. The ladies up front have always been very nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable and up front about everything. Appointments are recommended because they stay pretty busy, but I have had to go in on short notice before and they had no problem accommodating us or working us into the schedule.
