YIKES! Be warned - Stay Away!
It has been some time since this 'incident' occurred, but I feel it necessary to tell people so they might avoid such a disaster! PM Plumbing/Mechanical came to my home to replace the main valve outside. The person knew little about what he was doing! What ended up happening is that I filed a complaint with the BBB, and the state licensing agency. The guy dropped solder balls into my line, clogging lines all the way through my house. The owner then lied about it and verbally attacked me on a personal level. NO! Do Not use this company and if I could have, I would

My wife and I just bought our first home. During the 10-day due diligence process, we found the home experienced a significant plumbing issue in 2016. As first time home buyers, we didn't know how to proceed.

Terrible service! Had them come out to the company I work for to do backflow testing. They did not show up for scheduled appt and took forever to return phones calls. They finally showed up without notice while I was on vacation from work and charged the company over double the amount of another company for the same service!! Will never use this company again.
