I've used them numerous times at several of my properties over the past years, because I felt that they were an honest company and their prices were fair.
But that is certainly not the case anymore. Last time they came out, they charged $380 to replace a capacitor. I thought that price seemed awfully high so I later looked on line what the going rate is for that repair service to see if I have just been ripped off, low and behold the going rate is actually $120-$150 (at the very most) for parts and labor to do that service. If anybody wants more than $150 to replace a capacitor, you are

I am fortunate to have an awesome property manager that takes care of issues that arise. Today was the 4th time that Aloha Air has come to service my unit. The first time was to override the circuit board while a new one was ordered-Zach was an awesome Technician. The second time, another technician redid the overide and he was awesome. I believe he said he was from Brazil- I don't remember his name. He is also the technician that installed the new circuit board. Most recently, water was dripping from the vent where my air filter is and I contacted my property manager immediately. Sherry

I really can't believe the reviews I am reading from David L and Jennifer B. I have been using this company for several years and find them nothing but professional, super honest and efficient. In fact, I had one company come to my home and tell me that I needed thousands of dollars in air-conditioning repairs, including new air handler and new unit. I called Aloha for a second opinion.
