I am a managing director for Sotheby's Real Estate in North Carolina. We have used Blockbuster print for our real estate booklets on 6 occasions over the last year. I designed my own logo and business card, however when I sent them the PDF, it was very tiny and the design crew at Blockbuster Print was able to readjust the size so that the card looked proportionate and excellent. I am extremely pleased with the quality of my cards for the price that I paid and would highly recommend Blockbuster Print.

Excellent service. We needed a full convention display of banners, signage, brochures, business cards and decals for a McCormick Place event in Chicago. They got all our orders printed same day and shipped out the next. They were the only print service with such a fast speed and not to mention incredible quality and the lowest priced. BlockbusterPrint mailed my print job to the wrong address (Drive instead of Avenue) and has refused to respond to my emails and telephone calls, so I am disputing it with my credit card company. The company doesn't provide a public phone number (I got it through my credit card records), nor does it provide an address or listing of managers. I recommend you do business with companies that place a high priority on customer service. -Dr. David Demers

Please do not call me a liar. I did not enter "Drive" when I checked out. And I called and no one answers your phones. I left a message. You will see that the invoice says "Avenue." I also left a message, and I emailed you through your reply system. You did not respond. You need to make it easier for people to reach you and you need to list your addresses and your top managers. Customer service means being accountable. You didn't even sign your response.
