I can't say enough good things about working with Michael Osbourne Jr--he was amazingly communicative, offering suggestions that fit the information he was provided and I needed. Even though it was the busiest time of the year for him, I never felt he rushed with questions, and he was super patient and professional. We were looking for new insurance due to a change in what was offered by my employer and the idea of searching through all the options was daunting not to mention time consuming. Michael Osborne Jr. made it the best experience we've had yet and I've looked at insurance before on my own. I'll never do it on my own again. In a matter of a day, we had two very decent options, better than what I had through work that will work wondefully for our family. I can't remcommend him enough. He was quick to respond, and generous when we delayed deciding and he had to resend me the comparison chart. Good service

Osborne Jr, he was very informative on the different Healthcare plans. I would recommend anyone to him especially if you're not sure or don't know much of how your plan works. He expressed patience and knowledge with my many questions and concerns. Not only did it only take a few minutes for me but we also was able to get my 18 yr old enrolled in medical insurance.
