Founded in 1876, Barrett McNagny LLP is one of the oldest law partnerships in the state of Indiana and among the largest in northeast Indiana. Our history dates back to 1876, when James M. Barrett, a law graduate of the University of Michigan, arrived in Fort Wayne to form a practice with Charles H. Aldrich.

I worked with Joshua Neal and Mark Bains on a real estate dispute. I was originally quoted neighborhood amount but then the final bill came in three times the original quote and over 50% of what the case would of resulted. I am deployed overseas and at the time this case was happening I was further deployed and unable to check my P.O. Box. Imagine when I returned to see a stack of bills with 3 times the original cost. They wouldn't even speak about it. No responses other than I am being countersued for the other attorneys fees and if I wanted them to dispute the charge to pay my current bill and
