My experience with Cyndi's staff has honestly been amazing in the year that I've had my policy with State Farm. No issues, and everytime I call, there's always someone that definitely sound like they enjoy helping people out. Most recently I had Zena help me updating my policy and clearing out some doubts that I had; she made an otherwise usually boring transaction, something to enjoy, specially due to the fact that I was on my lunch break hahaha

If I can give Cyndi & her team more than 5 stars I would! She is so knowledgeable in what she does and explains things straight forward that you understand! I had an accident recently and I contacted her office and she quickly guided me what I needed to do! Her efficiency, word of confidence & even energy brings such a peace of mind when it comes to my car being insured!
