I am absolutely thrilled with my new home on Fairview Road. I moved in six weeks ago and I have managed to get settled and feel comfortable. I was assured that you would be available in the event I had problems, but I have had none. This was my first house building experience and given some of the horror stories I had heard, I was prepared for problems.
Again, there were none. In fact, it was an extremely positive experience. My initial meetings with Steve Cochran were pleasant and informative. As the initial planning process progressed, Doug Day got involved and was incredible. He made many helpful suggestions, always making sure my needs and wants were taken care of.

You were able to plan and organize things in such a way that it was an enjoyable experience. The overall craftmanship of our house is excellent. The stained trim and hardwood floors truly showcase our home.
