This is probably the best experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. I had a horrific accident last year and helped me every step of the way. This was my first accident and the process was nerve wrecking the amount of compassion I received helped me a lot after such a traumatic experience. And a year from the date I had to an issue at the county clerk regarding taxes on my totaled car, I was distressed that I wouldn’t receive the information before my tags expired which I’ve heard I might have to wait from 2 days - a week. I got what I needed not even 2 hours later. They’re efficient

I was skeptical of this insurance company since they are not one of the big names... BUT let me say that when I needed them due to a hit & run multi car accident, they delivered the best service one could hope for. They hooked me up with a rental and a tow for my totaled vehicle. They moved quickly to resolve this and made the process very painless. Everyone I dealt with along the way was super customer service friendly and helpful. Their rates are super competitive as well. I cannot say how much I appreciate and recommend this company to anyone looking for an amazing insurance company.
