Brandon Voelker has been honored to have a career since 1999 that allows him to help people. His practice areas are broad, from drafting a simple will to handling a multi-million dollar class action. As a new attorney, Brandon gained valuable trial experience as an Assistant Kenton County Attorney Fiscal Court.
David started his legal career as a prosecutor, working as an assistant county attorney in Breathitt County, Kentucky. There he found a passion for helping people, which has helped shape and define the way he practices law to this very day. Eventually, David found his way to Northern Kentucky, where he worked for one of the area's biggest firms until 2008, when he left to form his own firm.
Emily is a 7th generation Kentuckian with 15 years experience in the legal services industry in Northern Kentucky. For ten years she has been a practicing attorney in Kentucky serving in many roles. She was a Staff Attorney for Judge Schrand in Boone and Gallatin Circuit Court. She has represented individuals, small businesses, large businesses, nonprofits, and multinational corporations.
Barbara Bonar has more than 35 years' tenure as a licensed attorney and nationally recognized in all issues regarding employee/employer relations, including whistleblower claims, workplace standards, executive contracts, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, conflict resolution, wage and hour laws, employee benefits, and personnel policies & procedures.
