I had the pleasure of working Yami now two times in the last month with the purchase of new policy and an issue with coverages on my car policy... Both times this young lady went above and beyond and would not let me hang up until she quadruple verified that everything had been resolved... We even spent an additional 10-15 minutes with chit chat due to how easy she was to work with!!

I had been shopping for home insurance for quite a bit before deciding to come over to state farm, needless to say my experience with other companies wasn’t that great, i felt like i truly wasnt being helped out as much as i could have. I then was referred to State Farm. I was helped by the very attentive, professional, caring agent. Soleily. She truly put 110 % of her time into finding me the best deal which fit my personal needs. I highly recommend state farm as your chioce for both auto or home.
