the service and professionalism is beyond expected. It is a warm and friendly ambiance. if the service officer cannot help you, Ileana is very accessible in addressing your needs. Her office manager Laura is also very accessible and runs the office like clockwork. When our HO policy expired and State Farm opened the doors to HO she immediately contacted us. We have our life policies, autos, HO, Long term Care, and PAF with Ileana. Thank you for your service and for always looking out for our family's best interest.

I have had my rental property insured through this office for 11 years. Last year citizens sold our policy to Mount Beacon, as usually when the renewal came around they did not renew (this is typical as it is a modular home). However , what was different this year is that "My Agent" didn't take the time to even reach out to me not by mail or by phone. Now I get a call from my mortgage company letting me know my insurance has expired. Thanks a lot for taking the time to attend to your customers. Now I lost any kind of renewal discount I would of received. Very disappointed after being a customer
