Services
Sheri is a skilled clinical manager who strives to provide energetic, fun, and loving service to each and every patient. She finds her job exciting because it gives her the opportunity to meet new people and make new relationships. She loves to inform our patients about oral health. She has enjoyed being a part of Growing Smiles since it opened in 2014.
We offer a fun facility and the expertise and training of our staff and doctor to provide care to our patients. Our staff obtains the cooperation of our child or adolescent patients by using warmth, friendliness, persuasion, humor, charm, gentleness, kindness and understanding. There are several behavior management techniques used by Dr. Galliani and staff during a visit with each patient.
I was really impressed with how the staff interacted with my daughter. My daughter can be very shy around strangers and we had postponed taking her to the dentist longer than we should have based on this. Everyone was so good with her that she willingly sat in the chair - alone - and willingly participated in the check up with little coaxing.
Our office, as well as the The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age. Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.
The office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with them for their comfort. School children with a lot of work to be done should be seen in the morning for the same reason.

The doctors and staff are wonderful with children. It is a child-centered practice and the way they interact with kids makes my child look forward to going. From a parent perspective they are professional, communicate with you in advance and make the process easy. My daughter is 10 and has been a patient for 8 years

Of all the firsts for my kid, I would never have anticipated “going to the dentist” as one of my favorites. Growing Smiles staff, including Natalie and Dr. R, really made that a reality.
The experience was a highlight of my 3yo son’s day and week. Maybe it had to do with the goody bag and balloon or maybe the fact he keeps asking me for birthday cake toothpaste? But the results speak for themselves, since he has gleefully brushed his teeth and flossed (!!) ever since.
Highly recommend a cheerful office with quality care from expert pediatric dentists and hygienists.

This practice actually sent us back home for refusing completely unnecessary x-rays for a basic preventative check up for a child with no dental problems. I wish they called me ahead of time after I submitted the “ no radiography” form, so I wouldn’t waste my time and drag my child for nothing. It’s very irresponsible and very disrespectful. I… would look for another dentist if I were you. I wouldn’t want my daughter being subjected to necessary procedures bc this practice puts profits above a child’s health or doesn’t have the expertise to evaluate

Their first time and definitely it was a fun experience for them.. A súper kids friendly environment, since we got there front desk Kiki was sweet and helpful. The girls in the back were super sweet and fun, I… was surprised how my kids were very comfortable on the chairs having them cleaning their teeth. Dr R was gentle, sweet and made them feel special. They also liked the prices at the end (: I definitely recommend it!!

We took our 2 year-old son here for his first dental appointment today. He always gets nervous in medical settings, but Kelly and Dr. G. did an AMAZING job calming him down immediately and keeping him happy and smiling for the entire visit. Since we've been home, he keeps asking to go back again. I cannot recommend Growing Smiles highly enough!
