Company was contracted to do “cure in place” piping, understood to be for all of the house building drain, and it wasn’t. When we had an issue with it, the manager came to our house with his assistant and was one of the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional individuals I have been ever encountered. Called the company because the advertising indicated they might be a little different than the big name plumbers. I'm glad I called. Dan arrived within the service window I was given. Got a call that he was on his way too. Was professional in presentation and conversation. After showing him the problem area and explaining the sewer gas smell he was able to describe what was likely going on, and what course of action.

This 1 star review is because the attitude of the camera technician. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. It seems like he's had a very bad day before he arrived at our place, which is understandable. But he dumped all the bad attitude on us, which was really unprofessional. RC Pros is a very unreliable company.
Less then 6 months ago they repaired a water pipe leak for me at a cost of over $7,000 dollars.
The leak came back in less then 6 months. Their work was supposed to be warranted. I called them for them to come look at it. An appointment was set and I never heard from them again. Technician never showed up, I never received a call a reschedule a text or email telling me why. This was over a week ago and still have not heard from them. No response to my phone calls or anything.
I have since had the leak repaired. The repair that they did for over $7

Here’s some things I’d like to mention to keep in mind about this company of scammers:
1. Don’t be elderly and inexperienced with plumbing, they are opportunists.
2. Don’t have an expensive house and be inexperienced with plumbing, you should know what work is necessary for your plumbing issue before you just pay lots of money to these people for no reason
3. Don’t think they care about inconveniences for their customers. They make it seem like you’re a priority at first, but they actually have absolutely no problem with delaying their services for you if they get “emergency”

The owner of this business refused to give his name when a problem arose with installation of toilet and his installer didn't even ask us to check to see if it was good. He just left. Overcharged tremendously for product and installation. No wonder this business has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. We'll be filing a complaint with the state plumbing board. We were quoted roughly $16000 for a reroute of our plumbing after they told us our pipes were cracked as seen on their camera. This number was absolutely earth shattering. We decided to get another opinion, and this new plumber said they had no idea how a crack could even be identified on a camera. He suggested a jetting of the pipes, and sure enough, the 42 years of gunk was the issue. We ended up paying a whopping $350 and now have good as new pipes. I am horrified to think we almost completely depleted our savings account to be completely scammed by RC Pros.

I have used this company two times this year. Their standard Mo is to come out and diagnose the issue. Once you have agreed and they have started the repair, they "discover" additional issues and you then have to agree to pay double, or triple the original quote. On the second repair, the plumber came out and quoted the repair. He told me that they would have to demo part of the wall and floor, but not to worry "we will clean that up and fix it". Well after the repairs )which took weeks, not days as quoted, the plumber disappeared. I called Irene, the office manager numerous

This was the worst plumbing experience ever. All I needed was a simple shut off valve replaced and the tech tried to up sale me for $2400 in additional work that was unnecessary. They charged me a $149 trip charge after I refused the work. I tried to get the matter resolved by phone and email but to date have not received a response. I would not recommend this company for any work. They are just a rip off. I would give them a negative if that was an option.
