Kalan Stittleburg grew up in Neillsville, WI which is a small town of about 2500 people located in central Wisconsin. He graduated from Neillsville High School and went to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he earned his Bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business.
He played football for five years at UWEC and was a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete for his play on the field and success in the classroom.Dr. Stittleburg played rugby for the Palmer College of Chiropractic Rugby Football Club while earning his Doctorate. He has been and continues to be very active in the Upper Cervical community serving in various capacities of leadership boards and committees.

Great service all around. I would recommend to anyone. After being in pain, suffering from chronic back problems for 20 plus years and seeing numerous Doctors, I have finally gotten some relief and amazing results. For the past 20 years I've been a professional piano player, and I was skeptical that Dr. Stittelburg could help me. I was told from my general practitioner that I'd probably have to stop playing if I wanted any relief. I had a broken neck and compressed spine a year ago. After getting my spine stabilized by a spine surgeon and 11 months of recovery time, I still was having lower back pain, numbness and tingling in my hands and feet, and headaches daily. I started seeing Dr. Stittleberg 3 weeks ago and my headaches stopped the first week. My lower back pain is definitely milder and some days it is so minimal i don't even notice it. The tingling has lessened too...In just three weeks! Best of all the adjustments are non-manipulative, so there is no painful cracking of the spine.

I have had lower back pain for 18 years, I have been to hospitals, specialists, been tossed many different pain pills to all different forms of chiropractors. Until I discovered Dr. Kalan with Trillium Spinal Care. I was very unsure of it because it was a 2 hour drive to get there but then I was reminded by friends and family that clearly the daily pain pills, the ice packs, the hot packs, the back crackers, the specialist etc was not cutting it. I have now been going for a little over a year and for the first time in 18 years I can now sit in a car for an hour and actually get up out of the car

My husband has been suffering from lower back and hip pain for years. This pain is exacerbated by physical activity, especially bending and lifting. He started seeing Dr. Kalan a few months ago and the change in his pain level is remarkable! His posture has improved and as long as he is careful, he can do the strenuous activity (at age 64) he needs to do around the farm. My first experience with Trillium, is when I sent my soon to be son-in-law to Dr Kalan, as he had been to numerous Chiropractors with little luck in getting him to stand up straight. After a couple of sessions with Dr. Kalan, he was able to walk down the aisle stranding up tall.
I have since gone too, and would highly recommend Trillium. His goal is to get you adjusted, then just make sure you are holding your adjustment, so you are seeing him less and less. Very refreshing to not have to go every month for an adjustment. It just makes sense.

The Short: Do the free consultation with Dr. Stittleburg to see if he is able to help your situation. If so, GO FOR IT! The NUCCA technique is unlike any other “traditional” chiropractic technique I had previously been treated with and is very gently. For me, the upper cervical adjustment has been life changing. I highly recommend giving Dr. Stittleburg a chance to review your situation!

I've been to many different chiropractors that practice various techniques over the years. All had varying degrees of helpfulness, but I had never heard of NUCCA. I began having severe and debilitating neck pain that my Gonsted chiropractor could no longer manger. They referred me to Trillium. I sincerely thought NUCCA sounded hokey and would never help me after learning that I would spend a good amount of time there on my first visit. I still thought this when I was first adjusted and Dr. Kalan Stittleburg hovered over my neck while barely touching it. My migraine came on full force and I vomited

I was having terrible headaches referred from constant neck tension. I’d tried all of the conventional treatments including way too many NSAIDs, physical therapy, dry needling, deep tissue massage, and traditional chiropractic. I was referred to Kalan and at first was reluctant due to cost. After I jumped in I never regretted it because my pain went away fast after the first treatment. I’ve had to have a couple of adjustments since I started mostly due to not following restrictions appropriately. Kalan does a great job and is a super nice guy. Highly recommend Trillium!
