Welcome to the Chiropractic First, Dr. Nick Krause and Tony Parks Chiropractic new patient center! We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.
Most chiropractors regard the elimination of symptoms as the easiest part of a persons care. If all the chiropractor does is to reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are much greater. In order to prevent a rapid recurrence of symptoms, it is necessary to continue receiving care even though your symptoms are gone.

I was experiencing excruciating pain in my lower back. I was able to make an appointment to be seen almost immediately. After my appointment, I was feeling some relief right away. Was sent home with an exercise and stretch to help my back and also a necessary adjustment to my workspace. I am so grateful to Chiropractic First and Wellness Center for helping me today. My pain has reduced significantly after this one appointment.

I called one afternoon about 2 weeks before Christmas. I asked Stacy if they could work me in because I was there working from out of town. Dr Chris had an opening about 2 hours later so they were able to work me in. I’ve been dealing with back pain for 28 years or so due to an auto accident in high school. I was so stiff and sore when I went in but after my initial consultation and Dr Chris having an understanding of my pain and issues. He gave me an amazing adjustment. He gently worked his hands down my spine and felt my vertebrae that were causing my issues and was able to work them back into

So thankful I found Chiropractic First 6 years ago! I was new to the area and nervous to find a new chiropractor, they had been voted "best chiropractor in Rochester" so I thought I would give them a try! SO SO glad I did! Dr. Nick is great with patients of all ages, my son has been going since he was just a few weeks old, now that he is 4, some days he begs to go to the Chiropractor! Also, they have been voted "best Chiropractor in Rochester" every year since and they definitely deserve it!

Dr. Nick is super personable. You can trust him with your chiropractic care. I always feel better after an adjustment. I’ve gotten adjustments by several other chiropractors throughout my life and Dr. Nick adjusts carefully and not forcefully. I appreciate his care and he sees all my family including our 3 kids. We’ll keep coming back !
