I've had good experiences until my dad's funeral and even then it was good until it was time to get the death certificate. First of all my daughter planned my dad's funeral or tried to while my dad was still in the hospital before he even passed. And even though they knew this and even though they were told I was the next of kin they still gave my daughter all three certified certificates of death and only sent me a copy because she was the one who informed them and she was the one who paid for the funeral from his account before he even passed away and with them knowing this they still did not

Anyone that knows me knows I don’t say things on social media, but I was so upset by what I witnessed today that I had to say something. There is a time and place to discuss arrangements, and that is NOT as the service is ending in front of a grieving family. Charles Ferguson, the funeral director, behaved very unprofessionally at my brother’s service. He discussed private business in front of the extended family. This should have been discussed at a different time. Also, he told the family to take as much time as they need/ want, then opened the doors seconds later and directed everyone out

First any type of negative review for these people needs to be taken with a grain of salt. My experience with Ferguson's was nothing but professional.
At a rough almost indescribable time of grief for my friends and family. The professional staff at Ferguson's made an extremely difficult time simple and compassionate.
Went above and beyond what I experienced just 2 months before when laying my father to rest. They truly were a blessing during our time of grief.
I wish every funeral home and director would treat everyone like Mr Ferguson and his staff treated us. I can not say enough about the
