STAY AWAY!! Terrible service!!! Went in with a flat tire - was told the tire could not be repaired so I agreed to purchase a new one. My car did NOT feel or drive properly, afterwards. So I went to pepboys and they told that the wheel had not been balance. they balanced it and now my car is perfect. I asked how much a tire like mine cost at pepboys, they showed me the price = IT WAS $50 LESS!!!!!!...... So General Auto Service Center -ripped me off and DIDN'T EVEN INSTALL IT PROPERLY! TERRIBLE SERVICE

I came across general auto service center due to car problems I was having with my vehicle misfiring and my battery going dead. I read the reviews and was curious to see if what I was reading would be actual in person. I got to tell you being that this was a grudge purchase I did not want to go through any more headaches than what I was experiencing with my car. Needless to say I went in on Tuesday and met Joel, who greeted me with a Warm smile and ask about my issue. He then proceeded to take my info and said he would get back to me with a resolution. First time using my extended warranty with Toco Warranty. Usually I would take my vehicle to Solution Tire to let them work on my vehicle. Needed a water pump put on my vehicle. So I take my vehicle to General Auto Service Center. My wife used them in the past. So I was like ok, I’ll give them a try. I not complaining about the service that was done on my vehicle. I’m complaining about how they went through my vehicle, like they was looking for something. All items in my doors were on top of my passenger seat. They went through my center console, left items on my passenger seat. I’m a diehard
