My 2013 VW 59k miles needed maintenance as well as front end work, an engine mount, and a very expensive vacuum pump. I called all around doing my diligence looking for the best combination of cost and competence. I found it at USP. They are expensive, just slightly under dealer rates but I was willing to go with them bc if transparency and honesty. Honest, yes. Like other reviewers have said this place is great is if you don’t know better. We just moved in from out of town and needed a break & roter replacement on our 2018 Macan. We had already purchased the OEM parts and just needed the labor. They were really gracious in telling us they normally wouldn’t do the service if they weren’t supplying the parts but said they’d do it as a courtesy due to us being new. Come to today- my husband takes the car in and their quote for just the removal & replacement of the breaks is $1k+! No price breakdown on the quote but according to them they charge

I recently had my Mercedes serviced here. This Shop was recommended to me from friends. Being tired of the enormous prices from my local Mercedes Dealership I gave them some business. Everything went well. The Professionalism at this shop is the same if not better than my local Mercedes Dealership. If fact I think it was Better. The place is amazingly clean and friendly, and would recommend this shop. I will be giving them all future business. P.S. They record all service on CARFAX which is important to me to resale value.

This was my first time using USP Euro Car Care. Tyler was courteous, knowledgable and very professional. They accommodated me quickly and performed my servicing without any delays or surprises. USP never fails to deliver. From phone call, to the work performed, to the pickup they are professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I've taken my vehicle to them twice now so far and have found my regular place. It may be a forty five minute drive from my home, but the hike is absolutely worth it in my opinion. Can't go wrong with these guys.

I contacted Don at USP Euro car as a new person to the area looking for service for my Audi . Don was knowledgeable and listened to my questions about the services needed for my brake repair and my service l needed. He provided an informed estimate and diagnose for my car before I left the shop. On the day of service Don provided me a loaner car so I could get into work.
My work was done on time as promised , and at the cost estimated.
I’ll be using USP Euro car shop again for my service , I’d recommend them to anyone who needed their Audi repaired.

USP is the place to go if you have a German car! I drive a 2013 VW GTI which needed a new intake manifold (P2015 Error Code) and a carbon cleaning after 60k+ miles without one being done.
I rolled up and they immediately went to work. The shop is very clean and professional looking. Tyler went over the inspection with me and confirmed I definitely needed a new manifold, cleaning, and surprisingly found an oil leak coming from my transmission oil pan. He showed me in detail with pictures the tech had taken where it was leaking from and the carbon build up in the intake manifold.

I love these guys and I can't understand after using them for multiple projects on multiple cars why anyone has less then a perfect review. My most recent install came out flawless (as usual) and at a fair price. They stand behind their work and know their shi*. I can hang out there just to talk cars more if I didn't actually have to work... Tyler is the man, super knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make things right. I saw some complaints about their online store performance which I have never used so I can't speak about bc I am local. You can't go wrong using these guys

I have been coming to USP since before Euro Car Care opened and I have never had a negative experience. Tyler helped me this time around, and he was professional from start to finish and always looking for the best way to help out with the issue I took my car in for. In the end, the problem I thought i had is actually a factory specification and I was not aware. From home to USP its over 30 miles of a drive, but I have no problem taking that drive to receive the kind of excellent service I have received from them.

So if you like driving your car in such a manner to make the engineers happy, then this is the shop for you!
I literally live less than 1 mile from a VW dealership but choose to drive 20-30 minutes to USP and never question that decision. I will only take my GLI to someone who will make sure it drives better than when I bought it.
As a performance shop that also does general maintenance, I have no need to take my GLI or my wife's Beetle anywhere else.

In early June 2018, I really needed help getting major issues with my Audi S6 diagnosed and repaired correctly. Unfortunately before I found USP, I had some other "mechanics" look at it and they ended up screwing it up even more.
So at the recommendation of other high performance car owners, I had the S6 flat bedded to USP in Coral Springs. They listened to my concerns and got right to it. In the meantime, they actually paid for my Uber home!
Gloria was assigned as my service advisor and within a day, I had a spot-on diagnosis. After I approved the repairs, the parts were ordered

Believe the other reviews that they will take your money and give you crap products. I bought a set of LED daytime running lights in late 2016 for my car to improve the look. They make repeated claims on their website about the longevity of the lights.
Four months later, half the diodes are out and the lights are flickering like a candle. I leave a review about the lights on their website, not expecting anything, but just to warn others. This is maybe May/June timeframe.

These guys are a rip off...
My friend has an Audi R8 and ordered Eurowise straight pipe system and they were going to install it for him.
They quoted him $2100 for install which is absolutely ridiculous considering he had a more reputable shop (keeping there name private) install it for $840.
USP also completed a oil change on his car previous to this absurd quote and they didn't even top the car off, so he had the other shop do another oil change afterward for the piece of mind.
Stay away from this place and take your money elsewhere.

Not sure how they run the shop but the online parts store should be up front and just say no refunds and the vehicle selected is not a guarantee that the part ordered will fit glad it was only $150

As warned by many reviewers here: stay away from these guys if you value your car, and money.
I refused to believe this thinking the problem(s) to be isolated, or at least can be fixed easily should issues arise....wrong!

I purchased a fuel pump from USP Motorsports based on their return policy. When it came time to replace my fuel pump, I discovered it was a fuel hose that failed and not my fuel pump. So I decided to return the unopened fuel pump I bought from them. I bought from them because they appeared to have a good return policy.
I contacted them regarding my return and got a return authorization number. I sent the pump back to them via USPS Priority Mail which included a tracking number. A week went by and did not see a refund to my credit card.

I ordered a drive belt from them with 2 day shipping so it would arrive when my car was in the shop. they didn't even send the package out until 3 days after the order. I'm posting an update to inform everyone that Chris followed up with me and actually refunded me the $135 diagnosis fee.
Mistakes happen anywhere but it was his choice as the owner to refund me for the trouble and I appreciate that.
I also want to add that not once did he ask me to update this review or delete it, which I also appreciate. There was no catch.
