Shawnacy Nauroth and John Robison were both hard working REALTORS and Loan Officers that were looking for a brokerage company that could meet all their needs. The problem was, there wasn't a company out there that did. They started Excel Realty & Mortgage in 2005. By 2006, they refined their business plan and started hiring experienced agents that had the same vision.
