Completely unprofessional
I took my dog here a few days ago to get her leg stitched up after being attacked by another dog , they seen me fairly quickly which was good but when I got my dog back her stitches looked horrible. Like they didn't even completely finish doing it , The lady called me the next day asking how my dog was I told her that whoever did her stitches did a bad job & I feel I could've done better myself so she asked for a picture . I emailed her one after viewing it she called me back & said the vet that did it told her that he couldn't do it successfully the first time so he

I can’t say enough good things. My dog ripped her stitches open (that was done by a different office and no fault of anyone but my dog). I called Big Thicket and they fit us in immediately even though we weren’t patients of their office. They were able to get her organs back inside her thank goodness and stitched and stapled her back up. They really came through for us and we will happily use their office in the future.

This place is very unprofessional, didn’t give my dog the full body check and didn’t treat her properly, which led me to burying my poor baby yesterday when she was suppose to be okay in “6 weeks”. My poor baby was suffering and I didn’t even know all because they were so busy !!! I have everything on document and on the phone the lady said she… only X-ray her lower body cus it was what was hurting her more … I payed for initial vet visit and full body check. My baby wasn’t even one yet. They care more about how many people they get in a day than

I just recently moved to Cleveland & needed to find a reputable vet. I researched online all the local vets. After combing through all the websites & reading through every review, Big Thicket stood out. I made an appt and even though they were extremely busy, I was welcomed by friendly staff. I was very pleased with the care that was taken when I had to sadly put down my sweet Sadie due to cancer. I wanted her to be comfortable and have the procedure done in my SUV while I was holding her. The staff & vet were all so great and did everything possible to take the time & care to make the process
