Services
Our assessments and personalized care plans include safety, assistance with activities of daily living, personal preferences, and special needs. This plan guides our caregivers and care coordinators in providing the best possible support for your situation. Our care coordinators stay involved and communicate your ongoing needs, progress, and changes to physicians, family, and other members of your care team!
Assistance with bill paying, correspondence, phone calls, filing, emailing, Skype conversations and social media i.e. Transportation to medical appointments, shopping, errands and other activities using the client's or caregiver's automobile. Cleaning, organizing, maintaining the home, including packing, unpacking and removal of clutter.
Is a unique and prevailing philosophy at Northwest Healthcare. It is the firm belief that everyone has gifts to give no matter what age or health condition. A former math teacher at 90 is the perfect person to tutor high school students. An 80 year old career engineer is the perfect person to serve on a nonprofit advisory board.
Northwest Healthcare is a privately owned home care agency with a unique approach to "aging in place"! I love working for this company, the team works well together, and the CEO has taught me a lot in the last few months of my employment. It has been a great experience expanding my knowledge and utilizing what I have learned through my years so far in college. I love meeting the people we work for, they all have their own special way about them. Plus, the caregivers work hard and show up to help the individuals in their homes.

My conversation On 2/28/19 with Bob renewed my faith in the kindness of people. I spoke to him about the in-home-care I might need for a family member. My needs did not fit the criteria for Northwest Health Care services, but what absolutely amazed me was that Bob offered recommendations for two alternation service companies. For me this was much more than I expected. Northwest Health Care will go to the top of my list should our needs escalate. Thank you, Bob

The people at Northwest Health Care are genuinely caring individuals.
They do there very best to give there clients great service!
I have been very happy with there company, I certainly recommend them if you find that you need help. They have helped getting to appointments and also just general things that I can no longer do around the house.

The leadership team and CNAs at Northwest Healthcare are head and shoulders above any other agency we have ever used for our mom. I was in the hospital ready to go home and decidied I needed some help! It was a Saturday and several firms I called didn't answer the phone.
Northwest did, and am I glad!
They sent me a great woman who attended to my every need. When I stopped having them and then realized on the first night that I was terrified to be alone in case I fell or there was an emergency, they were able to provide help almost immediately.
Their management staff is totally on the ball, and one of the women even came by bringing an electric icing device, meaning no frequent runs to the fridge for cubes!
