Adam Edwards with the Cassina group is a pro. He worked with us for 6 months from out of state to buy a beautiful lakeside home near the beach. There were plenty of video call walkthroughs, and straight talk to make sure we were on the right path. I’m not sure how we found him/them, but we would highly recommend them to everyone!

Jimmy Dye and the Cassina folks are the best. We have used them several times and wouldn't consider anybody else. Jimmy knows the market and how to navigate it, even in these crazy times. He can do his job and usually has to help the other side's realtor (which might be the other realtor's second (or third) job) through the process. He really knows the history, people, and real estate of this area. His support staff is also helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I highly recommend the Cassina Group & especially Sarah Marion as a buyer or seller agent. She worked with us to sell our beach villa in Wild Dunes and was amazing. Phil Sykes was amazing to work with. He listened to my long list of wants/needs and worked hard to help me find the perfect home on Johns Island. He really went above and beyond. My experience with my real estate agent Melissa Martin at Cassina Group was great. Melissa got to work immediately with putting our house up for sale and sold our house one day after it was listed! It was an amazing experience working with her. She guided us from the minute we called her and did all of this from a different state. I never had to make a trip to Charleston from PA. She made the process go so smoothly. If I was purchasing a house in the Charleston area again I would definitely choose the Cassina Group.

Yelp sucks! There are 20 5 star reviews and they highlight this Kendall G whine fest. Seriously look at her other reviews... Almost all 1 stars. Carter was my realtor 3 years ago. I Googled his companies website this AM (because it's an awesome realty website) to show my dad a cool property and was surprised to see a one star Yelp review. When I then saw it was specifically bashing Carter Rowson I had to download the Yelp app and leave this review to tell the truth. Carter is the best! So helpful and friendly to my wife and I when we bought our home. We too were new from out of state

I can't say enough good things about the Cassina Real Estate group and my agent, Carter Rowsen, for doing a superb job in helping me find the home I'm looking for in Charleston. I've lived in Charleston for 8 years and am pretty specific about the type of home and location that I am looking for. Unlike some realtors whose sole objective is to try and sell you on a home, Carter really listens to what I want and is thoughtful about the homes that he has shown me. Way too many other courteous real estate companies out there to settle for this rude agency. We are moving to Charleston from Chicago. We emailed agent Carter Rowson a list of a few houses that we wanted to see. 24 hours came and went and he never responded. We are getting on a plane to head to Charleston in less than 24 hours so since I hadn't heard anything from him I asked another agent at this firm to help set up a couple showings. Carter finally replies (because the other agents called him out on not responding to a client in a timely manner) stating that he would require a pre-approval
