Adding a teen driver to an auto insurance policy is daunting. My former insurer's rates were sky high, although very good quality.
Shopping around left me with similar rates or with a company that focused on Marketing rather than substance.
After inquiring about auto/home/umbrella with Joe, he very quickly responded. Inside the same day I had proposals with the value I need and price that beat all competitors. My experience working with Joe leaves me with confidence I have the right product with the right agency > even though I live in Hershey, about 90 miles away.

We could not have had a better experience then we did with Joe & Main Line Risk Management. He was incredibly helpful in explaining the different coverages & the upgrades that came along with switching insurance carriers. They were always available when we needed something, which was quite a bit since we transitioned in the middle of doing several things that affect insurance. We never had to wait for a response & they immediately got me what I requested so there was no hold up on the other items we were working on. Last but not least, we saved a good bit of money & we added an additional

So I worked with Joe for my home/car insurance combo. He was very quick with his responses via email and worked around my schedule to speak over the phone. With me being a first time homeowner, he was able to explain the coverages in more detail for me but at the same time made it super easy to understand. Oh and duh can’t forget the combo I got with Joe is 300 dollars less a year than the quote with the company I was already with for car insurance and I got more coverage.

Very glad I responded to their advertisement sent to me in the mail, I was looking for more affordable auto and renters insurance with a lock-rate and even though at the time they couldn’t do better, I received a call a month later from Joe Platyan that he could get me a better rate the next month coming up. I worked with Joe Platyan to purchase a home/auto umbrella and life insurance for myself and my husband. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He always got back to me within a day of my emails, but almost always right away. He was very patient with my many, many questions and always had an answer. We have knob & tube wiring, which many insurance companies won't cover, so I did a Google search and came across an article that John had written on the subject. I filled out a quick form on Main Line Risk Management's site, and John reached out a few hours later. Within 24 hours, he provided me with quotes that ended up saving me $300!
