Life is hectic enough, the last thing you need to worry about is maintaining your HVAC units! Air conditioners and furnaces are among the most expensive and crucial appliances in our homes, and the Sirius Home Comfort Care Program makes it affordable and easy to maintain them. You'll be billed a one-time fee of $129**, and we will not auto-renew your account.
We guarantee any service call we perform at your home. If you are not completely satisfied, we will return 100% of your investment (call for details). If at any time one of our replacement or service repairs fails within ninety days of our visit, we will come back to your home and repair it again at no extra cost to you.

Installed a new tankless hot water heater. Removed the old leaky one. Left instruction manual near the unit. Instructed me on its operation. Showed me the new water valves installed and set up my water leak detector in the tub under the new unit. Then demonstrated the new unit provided hot water to the tub and sink. I want him to do my future plumbing work.

After using Sirius two times within two weeks, I'm confident to highly recommend them for both AC and plumbing services. They are excellent to work with, professional, and communication is great. The techs explain everything. Brian on the AC side and Victor on the plumbing side were great. I received their contact through American Home Shield and sometimes that's not always a great experience but not with Sirius, they are top notch!!!

Sirius replaced my mother’s air conditioning. They worked with her to get her exactly what she needed for her home, did not try to oversell. They were punctual and very professional. Sirius was a great company to work with! They are the most professional in all regards. Damien did a great job installing our new hot water heater and even took the time to check on the warranty for the hot water heater himself. They gave us an itemized list that explained everything being done. The staff in the office were professional, responsive, polite and knowledgeable. Will us this company again.

Sirius sent Cody out for a seasonal check up. He was very informative and suggested a couple of things that needed to be done to make sure the system was in the best working order. I called back later to schedule the service and they were right on time. A few hours after he left we had an issue. WOW was I surprised when I got a call back and they got someone out later that day to take care of me. The best customer service I have ever had from a service provider. Everyone I spoke to was amazing.

UPDATE: Sirius Reached out to us and I spoke with Melissa on the phone for quite a while. She listened to all of my concerns and informed me that she was handing it. It seems what caused the problem was American Home Shield - who was causing a delay in service. Sirius Plumbing did offer me a discounted price after AHS told me it was going to be $1300. By this point it was too late and I had another plumbing service on their way. A manager Melissa also contacted me to see if she could be of assistance and fix the issue (which reminded me that I needed to update my review with Sirius). So moral of the

I'm currently working from home, so when my showers started backing up with sewage water this morning I didn't want to wait any longer than was absolutely necessary to have the issue fixed.
I called Sirius just before noon and by 2:00, Kenneth had visited my house, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and cleaned up. I was very thankful for such a quick response and felt that everyone I spoke with was very professional and cared to make my experience a positive one.
I will definitely call Sirius next time I have another plumbing problem.

I'm not one to write reviews, but this company is AWESOME!
I tried Sirius the first time about 3 months ago with a plumbing issue that two other plumbers couldn't fix, and Sirius fixed it properly the first time.
Last night, our AC unit went out. I called Sirius Plumbing & A/C around 10am this morning. A tech was at my home around 1pm the same day, and gave me the news that our condenser was shot and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote for a new system as well a quote to only replace the condenser. I chose to get a new system, and they were back at my home within an hour

Sirius Plumbing technician quoted me $1083 for unnecessary "Code" work related to replacing a failed water heater. I contacted the City of Frisco, who sent an inspector by the house to inspect the work required. Only one item in the list was actually required, gas sediment trap. All the other items quoted were not required by Code. Sirius misrepresented the necessity of the items and refused to replace the water heater without performing all the unnecessary "Code" items. I contacted the owner of Sirius, who defended his deceptive sales practices and refused to perform the work

Water Heater wasn't working early Saturday morning, so I submitted a service request with American Home Shield. The job was assigned to Sirius, who only reached out AFTER I called AHS to cancel the request due to non-response from Sirius. Being an emergency situation on a Saturday, I decided to allow the job to be reassigned to Sirius.
The technician came out, took a look at the water heater, and said it's bad and needs to be replaced. I

Well, my hot water heater died. Only discovered this as taking a shower and I only had ice cold water! Darn! So put in a repair service request with American Home Shield, and lucky for me, they assigned Sirius as the contractor!
I received a prompt call the same day and service scheduled for the following day. Raymond was here within a very short window of time promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to pick up the necessary part, in terms I could understand, the gas starter or Thermopile.
