Texas clay soil, large tree roots, and a variety of other common factors in the Dallas area unfortunately mean this happens more often than it should. We can locate low spots, referred to as bellies in your sewer lines, that prevent everything from draining out as it should or breaks or separations and provide you some options to repair or replace them.
Unfortunately it does happen on some occasions that we are going to have to get to those very challenging locations where the leak is, and that can be inside your home or beneath your slab foundation. These guys are the greatest. They are friendly, professional and reliable. I’ve used them for every plumbing issue we’ve had since we purchased our home and I’ve been pleased with their entire team.
They’ve replaced our washing machine faucets, replaced the o-rings from our water shut off valves in the kitchen, and upgraded the plumbing from a single vanity to a dual vanity.
I do have a few favorites but I’m not going to name names because everyone on their team is great. Including all their office staff.

Can't say enough about a great local plumbing that provided fast reliable service to a customer in need. Burst water pipe on tuesday afternoon and called many big companies in the metroplex for service NOBODY could give me any response before Friday . Remembered a review on my neighbor hood Nextdoor page for a good reliable local plumbing company....My Local Plumber. Called them and they too were booked. Their receptionist listened to my description and said "let me check our service guys and see if we can work you in". after a call back, set up a early AM call. He arrived first thing Wednesday

Denise at My Local Plumber has been my go-to for years. I live in an older neighborhood and have had my share of plumbing issues. When I had a slab leak from a leaking cold water pipe, they expertly rerouted both hot and cold water into my attic and it withstood the "arctic blast" just fine. They've also repaired broken sewer lines for me and a number of other issues. Always professional and they get it done right.

I love calling Denise with any plumbing needs and have her saved in my phone. She understands plumbing and can usually provide you a ball park price over the phone. She is very detailed with taking down your information and trying to fit you in on the schedule even if they are backed up. Their pricing is reasonable and they do good work as well. This is a 5 star company in my opinion.

The My Local Plumber team was awesome, as usual. I have used them several times and remain a loyal customer. Most recently, Denise and Veronica from the office team were AMAZING at answering my several questions and communicate wonderfully! Mike and Alex spent all day working on my project. We were in a bind, our kitchen faucet snapped at the sprinted hose and was not fixable so we needed to install a brand new faucet. I went to Home Depot and found a replacement faucet for our kitchen and looked to schedule a plumber for the install.
My initial plumber was not available due to travel and availability so I went I found Denise and some My Local Plumber reviews. I called to set an appointment for the next day and was told 13:00 would be the time.
The next morning I receive a text from a dispatch rep and they indicated that my appointment was not listed and we would need to reschedule

I've used them twice. Today was kind of an emergency because my kitchen sink was completely stopped up. They got here quickly, finished the repair quickly, and explained everything they were doing. I even got them to fix my outside faucet while they were here. Very glad I found this company, both times I've used them they've gone above and beyond to take care of me.
