I’ve always had an excellent experience working with this particular State Farm office. I’ve added, removed, modified plans multiple times over the years and they are always very helpful and easy to work with. Recently Jessica McGuirk helped me and she was very responsive through email and over the phone to seamlessly transition my plan.

I had State Farm for years while living in another state, but started with Burch Boehner's State Farm when I moved to San Jose 6 years ago. They made the transition easy and have provided great customer service since. I've worked with a few different staff members and all have been responsive and really worked with me to meet my individual needs. I have been a client with Burch and State Farm for over 34 years. The customer service and help I get from this office has been outstanding. I currently use Burch for coverage of 4 cars and our home policy as well. The good driver discounts and good student discounts keep our rates low which helps when comparing policies.

Words can not express the consideration as well as professional manner in which Annabelle services our needs. Not only does she aid in my questions she goes the extra mile in offering anything new I may not know. She returns calls in a timely fashion, we receive birthday cards we even received a wedding congratulations as she helped us with venue coverage. My husband had surgery directly after our wedding and we received a get well card signed by the staff. This service is beyond personal it feels like family. Thank you Annabelle and thank you Burch Boehner for your staff.

She's very professional , has great customer service and her communication skills is outstanding..she's always quick on getting back to me and always answered ALL my questions and trust me I've always had lots of questions on everything aha and if I didn't understand something she made it clear to were I can understand and work with me til I understood and she had patience with me unlike my old insurance people that didn't take the time to do any of these things .
