We are a Kevin Murphy Session Salon, a Holistic Hair Tribe Partner Salon & a Safer Space Salon through the Dress Code Alliance. We utilize all of the resources and support these organizations include to provide a safe, clean, welcoming salon space for both our guests and team. Our goal is to consistently care and connect to our guests using organic, eco-friendly, cruelty free, low toxic hair care products.

Michelle graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2005 for Cosmetology and attended Finlandia University in 2009 for Business and Communications. Throughout her career, she has played a variety of roles in both local independent salon & spa businesses and corporations as well as booth renting as an independent stylist.

Meraki Salon is easily my favorite salon experience I've had so far! They are clean, professional, highly skilled, and incredibly inclusive. I love going in, and every time I feel that my time and my money is not only highly valued, but I feel welcomed into the salon. I would highly highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for anything to do with hair, from a simple cut, all the way up to a cut and color. Their consultation service is amazing, and my stylist (Kerry) made my day. Everyone is incredibly supportive and also very warm/welcoming. I cannot recommend them enough.

All of the staff that I interacted with were very professional and friendly. My Stylist, Alyssa, was wonderful!! She asked me my thoughts about what I wanted throughout, gave me exactly the look I wanted, and we had so much fun during the process! I will DEFINITELY be coming back to see her again and again!

DO NOT GO HERE!! My friend went for a hair consultation with KERRY LOTT and put down a $50 deposit. She was quoted $380 and later realized she did not have that much to get it done. MERAKI REFUSES TO GIVE BACK HER DEPOSIT!
The hair dresser KERRY LOTT never verbally said it wasn’t refundable during the consultation which is so unprofessional. My friend agreed to just use the deposit for a hair cut and the hair dresser refused. The manager KATHERINE does not care and will not refund the money.
I honestly hope you guys really needed that money for something important because not everybody is made

They bleached my shirt and when I asked for $5 off my next haircut they stopped responding to me. Would rate 1 star if I could especially after the response posted that is a bold faced lie.
Update 12/8: it won’t let me attach the photo I have of my email with NO RESPONSE for the $5 I was asking off. I waited and waited and heard NOTHING back. So when it was time for my next appointment I cancelled. Not sure where you’re “response” to my email is but there isn’t one. Would gladly show you the lack of communication on your end if it would let me add the photos. I can also forward you the

Kerry was great!! She gave me the exact look I wanted for fall. Both the cut and the color melt were flawless. She was also very enjoyable to talk to even after a long work day. I have already pre booked my next appointment! I also thought it was unique that they had good hair care products that you could bring back and refill for a discount at the salon.

I love Aaron! He cuts my son's hair, which is full of cowlicks and is very thick.
He is the only person who has ever been able to get my sons hair to lay down and not pop up or out.
Sometimes my son is okay with the shampoo bowl and other times, he is not okay with it; either way, Aaron accommodates my son every time.
He has a candy bowl full of treats (offered with permission of course)
We are always excited to see Aaron again!

Ashley is the best!!! She has been cutting my short hair for at least three years. In every appointment I could just close my eyes and open them when she is done because I trust her and know that she will do a fantastic job. I also love the atmosphere at the salon :-)

Hannah is THE BEST. I found her by accident when I went to a salon in Raleigh for a balayage and cut. I was left with super harsh root lines, uneven color, and all over yellow. Hannah was the first person that could get me in and she SAVED MY HAIR. I included the before and after pics. She is super knowledgeable and had me come in for a consult before my color correct appt to see how bad it was and what the plan would be to fix it.
