I've been seeing Rosa for my hair for the past couple months and I love her work! I initially came in for a style change back in October and I have been seeing her for bang trims intermittently. She is always punctual, professional, and I always look forward to coming in. Along with Rosa, the rest of the staff is really friendly and down to earth.

What excellent service at The Menagerie! Kiki is an outstanding hairdresser. She listened carefully to my needs and talked through ideas with me. I felt very pampered as a wonderful head and hand massage were included in the experience. I felt really relaxed and comfortable in the salon. Staff actively swept hair away as Kiki worked to keep the salon extremely clean and organized. I was really happy with my haircut and I was even given a gift to take home! I highly recommend this business

The artists in this salon are wonderful. They are professional, kind, and they really put the client first. I went in for a trim and highlighting, and it ended up coming out a bit lighter than I was comfortable with when I got home and saw it in my home lighting. The owner made room for me on the same day to tone it down at no additional cost and I am so happy with the color now. The stylists were SUPER gracious and kind and made it clear that my happiness came first, and that really shows the solid character of these folks. Thanks to Chris, I can finally live out my life-long dream of being really, really good looking. Chris did a phenomenal job of talking to me about what I wanted, helping me figure out what I was unsure about, and then executing it to near perfection.
The atmosphere in Menagerie is upscale & professional, while also feeling familiar and relaxed. Everyone was genuinely happy to be there, and it showed; the vibes were impeccable. I don't think there is a better option for salons in the entire triangle area.

Chris was absolutely AMAZING!! Before he worked on my hair, it was damaged and very red from box dye. Chris took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and was able to color and highlight my hair without any red coming through. The whole staff is warm and friendly. They really put their clients first. Loved my experience!
