Missions Hills Community Preschool was founded in 1971 as an outreach ministry of Mission Hills United Church of Christ, serving children between the ages of 2 and 5 years. Established as a play-based preschool, our goal is to nurture children as they grow and learn. While there is no religious component to our curriculum, we do value helping children develop into compassionate human beings.
At MHCP, we believe that children are naturally curious, creative, and capable. As educators, our role is to support them as they explore and learn. We incorporate elements of the Reggio-Emilia approach, encouraging inquiry-based/child-lead learning. We foster critical thinking and process-oriented exploration, and support children as they develop peaceful conflict-resolution skills.

Services
We are excited to partner with Farm Fresh To You - a family farm that's been growing organically since 1976 - and offer our school community a healthy and delicious way to fundraise. Farm Fresh To You is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) that connects families to local agriculture by delivering fresh, local, in season, organic produce in specially prepared "farm boxes" directly to your doorstep.
