Both my mother I have been coming here for the past 5 years every two weeks and could not ask for better service. We have tried all different types of services, i.e pedicure, waxing and of course acrylic nails with fills, and never been disappointed in any of them. And I must say Kelly is absolutely amazing when it comes to nail designs, there have been many times I have told her what I wanted and she brought my vision to life.

It was very busy that day but I had an appointment. First time using the place & I am unhappy with my results. This was my first service so no removal required. My cuticles were not pushed back nor cleaned up. You think since this was my first time they’d at least do that! The polish was also not applied all the way back to my cuticles so 4 days later it looks like I’ve had them for a week & a half! I contacted the salon with pictures & they did nothing to offer any improvements OR offer an apology for unsatisfactory service. Really?! Overpriced for poor quality service! If I’m paying over

Fantastic pedicures. I use Cookie for my pedicures. So attentive. They are very busy so it's best to make an appointment. For my nails I use Thao (pronounced Towel). She will do designs. Tina is good too. I… think all the ladies are good including the one guy who does nails. I've been going there for 4 1/2 years and won't change.

This was my first experience with envy nails. I went in for a fill because I couldn’t get in with my own salon. I left with a color that didn’t match the original gel color I had picked. I made my technician… aware and she said to come back later in the evening or the next day to get it fixed. I came in the next day and was addressed by the gentleman at the first chair. He was very short with me. The color was fixed by another tech. While fixing the error, the tech said several times that they had this problem before with the blue shades. On top of paying $45 for a fill, he charged

Came here recently to have my dip powder taken off on my fingernails. I got the dip at another salon but just needed them removed. They gave me a bowl of acetone and a paper towel and told me to basically remove it myself while I waited for a chair to open up. Okay... 10 minutes later I was seated and they buffed my nails. She told me to wash my hands and I was "done." Meanwhile, there's still noticeable remnants of dip powder color on my nails. I asked her to remove the rest of the color. She didn't like that I asked her to basically do her job. It's a pretty simple process

Okay okay so my mom and I decided to check this place out a few weeks ago. It is such a lovely place!! Not only do they have good playlists, they provide quality service with quality product!! I’m sorta in love with Loki (what girl isn’t?). The wonderful Anna (pronounced like in Frozen) did BEAUTIFUL Loki themed nail art. Anna is an absolute gem of an artist, just like the other techs she works with! I’ve been seeing her every two weeks for acrylic nails and I am always in love with this result. I love this place! Everyone is awesome. I’ve referred many of my clients to envy and they all are repeat clients. Ann, Cookie, Katie, Ana, Lilly, are my favorite go to, but everyone is fantastic. If you are… unsure about your service, you can ask anyone here and they will help with color choice or design.

Very kind in the phone, took appt for my daughter and I. Gave us seats next to each other. Busy but not hectic or disorganized. Very clean and professional. Wet courteous staff worked well together. My nail technician was very gentle and detailed. It was so nice to get special treatment after bot having Normal for so long.

They are so rude , they try to rush on everything to get the next customer in. My mom & I quit coming after she got a nail fungus and infection from their pedicure station & after coming in to get money back or some type of compensation for the infection/fungus she was told "you take medicine then it go away".... absolutely ridiculous. They always cut your cuticles , burn you with the acrylic nail electric file which (is a state violation if they use it directly on your nail bed ). I also got a fungus from their pedicure station but mine was minor, my moms whole nail lifted because

I always go and get my pedicures done here so i was like why not get my nails done ... worst mistake in my life !!!! So i always get long nails with the dip powder , the lady that did my nails used gel then powder , because my nails were too long and she didn't want to "waste" product . So i went back the next day to get them "fixed" because i didn't have enough time to do it the day i got them done . My nails just look horrible i can't believe i actually paid for this mess , i did not want to cause any trouble with them but deff do not waste your time if you

They cut my nails down super short. I got a “dip” and was charged $40 plus $1 service fee. They did not do the regular maintenance portion of a manicure. She said to do each one is a separate charge. For example, to do the cuticles it’s another $5. Then she tried to put a gel coat on top of my dip... I asked her to do the dip coat and she did a polish on top instead. This place does not do a legit dip. When I looked at the coat she put on top it was for acrylic nails. There are places down the street that know what they are doing and adhere to their price list.

Got a new full set here, within a day or two they broke off as if they were old, they didnt look good either. the owner offered to replace the "ones that broke, and that I should of gotten a new set and not kept my old." i told her this was a brand new set from your nail shop. she was shocked by that, but replaced them.

My family loves this place. Or possibly they have just never had a better experience.
I have come 2 times now. Once for my niece's wedding, and this last time during a visit with my sister.
The staff is ok, not pleased i wanted a regular manicure.
I'm not positive the tools are cleaned between clients, they do have the machine to do it, but i'm pretty sure my gal tapped out someone elses dead skin from a tool and i didn't comprehend what she was doing until she was pushing back my cuticles...
They do the "bring you back" often trick of not getting the polish all
