If you are unable, don't worry, we also have it available in the office! Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to spend about 45 minutes at your first visit. Our office is specifically designed for the whole family, so bring the kids! We have provided toys, a coffee bar, and a nursing/changing area to help make our office as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Lauren has changed our quality of life for the better! I've been under her care for 10+ months, and my newborn baby is now benefitting from her practice as well. Her office is always inviting, she has so much wisdom when it comes to where a patient needs to be adjusted, and she's helped me get in a routine with stretches that will aid in holding my adjustment.

I was very hesitant on having my kids receive chiro care but was willing to try anything to help them. From the very first visit Dr. Lauren was very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns in a way I could understand. Dr. Lauren has helped me so much with my back, neck, and pelvic pain that I struggled with during my pregnancy! She is very knowledgeable about her practice and does such a great job explaining what she's doing and why she's doing it! My pain has been relieved significantly through care with Dr. Lauren and I'm so grateful to have had an easier pregnancy journey thanks to her! I definitely would recommend seeing her for any sort of chiropractic/wellness care especially to my fellow pregnant ladies!
