I would not recommend anyone to live here. The management is horrible. The property manager "Rebecca" never responses to emails or calls. It takes them weeks to fix anything even after a maintenance request. I went months without a washing machine because they kept telling me they had to order parts but when the part come in the washing machine still doesn't work. After 4 months I decided to purchase my own. My air conditioner has been broke for more than a week now, someone from maintenance came to "fix it" yet it's still blowing out hot air. The initial question asks, "Do you recommend Symphony Residential". My answer was NO. It's not for the reasons of customer service. Constanta Pineda provides great customer service and does her best to go out of her way to assist. I appreciated her kind demeanor and professionalism. I know she can only do so much and follows the restrictions placed… upon her due to company policies. She has always spoke highly regarding Joshua Moscovitch and trust that he will get things done.

They refused to show unit, showed really nice fresh smelling model. Changed moving date 3 times $2000 expenses incurred. Place had no repairs, paint, pest control. Mildew, horrible smell from roach infestation and every week they come up with new charges. They ignore maintenance requests and only reach out for money 💰 they are the worst. This is the worst place to live. Rats and roaches in the halls and trash chute. Also the "washer and dryers" there never work neither does the elevator. They also want to charge you almost 200 in water even when there is only 2 people that live in the apartment and are barely home.
When it is time to move out they will try and say that you did all this damage to the apartment and try to take all of your security deposit. Liability issue been renting for 6 months having an issue

Worse Customer service ever. They care about there tenant. My garage door has been not working for over four months, they collect $2100 with no hesitation. Management has no I integrity. They said they would fixed numerous times. Other residents have had to go to city government to get
things done. Don't come here, it could be your worse nightmare. I will call a repairman my self and take it out of the $2100.00 rent I pay.

On May 8, 2020, we placed a work order that the A/C unit was leaking and not working properly, which required maintenance. We've been here less than 3 weeks. Management is not responding to our complaints so I figured I'd bring it to the public. My 3 year old son is living here with black mold. My fiancé was hospitalized at 4:30 AM because he couldn't breathe at all. I've called, I've left voicemails, work orders and I've gotten nothing in return. Josh told us "they don't listen to me". The worst place to live ever, i stayed with a broke refrigerator for almost 2 months, i had to turn on the refrigerator manually everyday, 2 months after we moved the microwave door came off on my hands, and my neighbor told me that if i called them to fix ,, they will gonna charge me for a new one, so i ask my husband to glue the door, stove oven was broke, if you called them it takes weeks for them to fix, and the worst off all, they dont give your security deposite,, they keep your money, they were supposed to give me 2000, they only gave me 500, they said the microwave was broke, and they charge

I was live there since 2016. My lease ended by 06/30. Before that day, I did contact the office manager to extend 1 month because the place I moved take more time for checking than I expect it. I've been living at City Center since mid August 2018. For the most part I keep to myself and I had no issues until about 3 weeks ago (if that). A alarm in the fire panel closet continuously is going off. I've called the leasing office several times and the only thing I've been told is that maintenance will look into it! I was browsing the internet for an apartment and landed on symphony residential. Before setting an appointment to view the property, I conduct a little background research online and on Yelp. The original post for the apartment stated that the deposit was for $650 for a 2 bedroom in coral springs and a small application fee. It did not mention any other fees. DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I do BELIEVE this owner is very shady. I lived here for 1 year. I had no problems when i lived in apt 204. Besides the roaches and mice, which i took care of my self because other tenants told me what maintenance used, did not work. Also they are drug dealers in the apartments.
