Bill helps athletes of all ages deal with the many problems that arise during their sporting careers.

I feel compelled to add my 2 cents. Dr. Mary Kardasz was my first therapist. I was referred to her at the age of 19 by my primary care physician. I had depression, anxiety, eating issues, immaturity....probably some other things. I was generally a confused young woman and thankfully there were enough people that cared about me; so I ended up in her office(s).
I saw her on-and-off through my early 20's. She helped my value myself and navigate early adulthood. She had a profound impact on my life and I think of her frequently.

DO NOT go to Mary Kardasz from Charlespointe Counseling. I am being charged $400 for three visits. My insurance said she was in my network and she reassured me that she was in the network listed on my insurance card. Every visit, she would be 20 minutes late and then charge me for an hour when i was only with her for 40 minutes. During my last visit, she just cleaned her office the entire session, duster and windex out and everything. She was preoccupying herself and just seemed the whole time like she had better things to do than listen to me. At the end of the last visit she told me that my insurance
