I pass by here all the time, not always in the market for tires but when I did find myself in need they were my first choice. They didn’t have a new tire in stock in my size but used was an option. I have lots of respect for the guy that helped us because he said he absolutely would not sell us the used tire originally presented because although it wasn’t terribly worn or damaged, it was not up to the standard that he is comfortable with. Proved to me that hes not out to make a quick buck, and that he values the safety and well-being of my family. I probably would have taken ghe risk if it

I needed to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. I walk into the office and the white haired Asian guy sitting behind the desk looks at me but doesn't say "Hi" or "How can I help you". He just sits there and looks at me with a look on his face like "What do you want?".
When my tires were mounted and balanced, I go inside to pay and the Asian guy gives me the same stupid look on his face like I'm bothering him or something.
I'll skip this place the next time I need a tire service and try one of the other 25 tire shops around where I live.

My family has been going to Tire Metro for years. The owner is always friendly and tells me stories of his life. I trust these guys as they've been in business for 40+ years and knows what they're talking about when it comes to tires.
The owner always gives us good deals on the tires and even hooks me up sometimes. The tires come with tire rotation too. I'll be back for more tires in the future.

I have gone to this place a few times now and have never had any issues. I got a flat the other day and took my car here. they were quick to pull the tire off and tested it a couple of times to see if it was patchable. Unfortunately it wasn't but they were helpful to get me a new tire. The owner is so nice and trustworthy which is really important being a woman, you always feel men are trying to take advantage of you when getting car work done. But they don't do that here. They are just nice and honest. They didn't have the tire i needed, so said if i could wait an hour, they would

They were so fast and reasonable. I didn't know what was wrong with my tire after a warning light came on. Right when I arrived they were attentive and started checking all my tires right away. They patched up my tire with a nail in it and I was out in 10 minutes. Price was way lower than I anticipated. Thank you!

I went in for a used tire about a month ago, they talked me into buying two, the tires they sold me were worse than the original ones. When they put one of the tires on, one guy pointed at something like there was a problem, the other guy shrugged his shoulders like oh well... I noticed my car was shaking on the freeway. I made it home in the rain with my 5 year old to find out the tire they put on was bulging and tread was separating. It could have blown out at any point. They also used an impact on my lug nut key and destroyed it. Do not go here.

Came here to purchase 4 new tires for my hybrid. So I would like to take a quick second to recommend Tire Metro. Ian is the owner who is straightforward tells you what's included with the tire purchases. I'm always weary of people that are in sells or mechanics but he's pretty honest. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Had 2 blown tires that needed to be replaced. I bought the tires at a fair price and got it done, paid $540 out the door. No issue on that. However, when I got back home, I saw the tire pressure indicator light on my display panel indicating the 2 new front ones they put on were at 45psi, but the rear ones were at 29 and 32.
Maybe since I only bought 2, the other 2 weren't supposed to be checked???
I had to go to a gas station, paid a $1 in the machine to pump some air in the rear tires.
Whoever placed the rear tires on failed to check the air. This should've been a default practice

Went to go drop off my daughter at school and go to work, until I saw I had a flat tire. Thankfully, Tire Metro is right near my house so we carefully drove over there. Turns out I had a nail in my tire and they were able to fix it in less than 10 minutes. They were very friendly and only charged me $10.

After finding a sharp metal object (not a nail) in one of my rear tires, I took my car to America's Tire Store since they offer free patching. Unfortunately they told me the hole was too large beyond repair and said I needed to replace the tire. I asked them to put the spare on and headed over to Tire Metro, where the owner and mechanic assessed the damage and said the tire can be salvaged. I appreciated that they didn't try to force a new tire on me and watched as the mechanic carefully patched the hole. Fifteen minutes and $20 later, I happily drove away. I recommend Tire Metro to anyone
