This place is a scam,the old guys work here are very dishonest and unethical

I took my 2014 Mercedes here for an oil change, because one of my friend refered, since it is just a simple service, i dont really mind to come.
Everything was ok, until one of the guy offered to fixed my sensor , cause the engine check light was on, he sais it was really simple and took only few hours and coat about 100. I am totally okay for him to fix since it is needed..
I dropped my car off for him a few days later. He said it should be done by 2 hrs. By the time they

Don't bother to try this place. I took my truck here to have an alignment and was told that something was wrong with the truck that prevents alignment. They recommended me to return to fix an issue before performing an alignment job. Don't know what the did but it chewed up my tire. Instead I went to another alignment shop for a second opinion. The 2nd shop fixed the alignment and everything was fine. This place is definitely sketchy and dishonest!!

The owner made me pay the full amount in advance so he can order the parts; i paid in full using my credit card; Brought my car in one week later to get it repair by appointment; owner was not there, multiple times spoke with owner on phone but he was never there even i scheduled appointment; owner never refund; I have to ask my credit card company to intervene. After 2 months investigations, i was fully refunded by my credit card company. This shop is a FRAUD.. shame on you for rip off your own peoples.......

Don't waste your time, called in at 3 before I showed up to have a smog check done, the guy said he would be there at 4. Showed up at 4 and the mechanic said I just missed him and that he had went home. Mechanics were just messing around in the parking lot throwing things at each other. Super unprofessional. So I went right next door to the smog only center and had my car smogged in less than 15 minutes. Don't go here. Avoid at all cost

I downloaded a coupon for smog checks and put the coupons in order of least expensive to most expensive. The first place I tried to go to was not open when their coupon said they would be open. The coupon said they would be open at 8:00 am. I went there at 8:10 and then left at 8:30. While I was waiting I called L-H Auto Repair and Smog. When I called at around 8:30 on August 8, 2014, there was no answer and no way to leave a message because the call hung up after a number of rings. Stopped by the other day to inquire about a quote for a small job. The price sounds okay so went back the next day to drop off my car there. I was pretty busy that day so did not have my phone with me. 2 hours later, found 2 messages from them. The 1st msg says "the quote was incorrect. It is higher. Call back." The 2nd one says, " the car is ready for pick up." I was like...huh? I never authorized the work with the correct price. The work was done without me calling them. They kept on saying "the price was different. The price was different." ........

Got alignment done a few months ago. Told the guy that my car pulls to the right. Left the car with them. Job was "done" quickly but was not done properly. My steering wheel now is not straight(it was straight before the alignment was performed). I brought my car back the next week. It was late on Friday and they had many cars. Told them about the steering wheel. I parked my car in the parking area in front of the shop and left because they told me that they would not be able to get to it that day. Reposting this because LH auto repair had it deleted
This place is horrible. Went in for a simple oil change. They drained my oil and then tried to get the filter off and because they did not have the right tool to take off my special oil filter housing they tried to use a monkey wrench.
They ended up breaking off the piece that the tool fits onto, breaking my oil filter housing and making it so it would not come off. They acted like it was my fault and that it was my responsibility to go fix what they broke. They closed my hood and added the new oil with the old broken filter housing still

LOWERED CARS ARE FINE HERE!
I was quite satisfied with my smog check. The employees were real nice and I didn't have a problem getting up their driveways either. They charged me $40 (My car is a 1995 Lexus) which is a pretty decent price. I recommend this shop for smog, I'm sure I'll be coming back next time :)

Be very carefull with this shop. I brought my car in a few times, but I had to go back for job re-done.
1. Brake services, first time he recommended me machine the front rotor to fix the noise for $50-- Still hear noise
2. again for rear rotor-- another $50. Same issue
3. recommended to do break job on both front and rear for $300.00 Toyota parts-- Still hear noise. Comeback a few times later on since he stated he was busy and buy extra part-Shim still noise. I am tire of it.
I think that is just because the part my be defective that cause the noise so I still trust him. and bring the same

Brought my car in to have my car fix to have the rubbing rotor fixed and after driving the car for a mile I noticed that the rotor is still rubbing so I brought it back... long story short I had to bring it back two more times because they just can't get it right. I also know someone who had their car fixed here only to find out later that the part that needs to be replaced was not really replace. Luan is a dirty cheat. Don't go to this place.

This place has CHEAP smog check prices, but don't ever come here to fix your car! My car had to be smogged and they were one of the "Gold Shield" smog places in the area. Prices were cheap enough to lure me in, only $35. My car didn't pass due to engine light, but I was able to get the CAP assistance fee and came back two weeks later to have them fix the problem. Dropped off my car and two days later called to check in. They said my car was already done yesterday! Something I learned...they never call their customers to let you know it's done. Linh is great, he'll help you out for half the price of a lot of other places. Sometimes I've even found him still working late into the evening.
However, there's this one shorter, chubbier, Asian dude there that has no idea what he's doing. He improperly installed a headlight on my car and it fell off on the freeway. He didn't even attach it with any clips or screws, he just stuck it in and expected it to stay on. Terrible.
Try to get Linh to work on your car and not the other dude.
