We'd like to introduce you to our Marketing Director. Tom has been a lifelong friend to Kirk, and has been in this capacity since November of 2017. Prior to handling all things marketing for the Firm, Tom owned several companies, and was a building contractor for 25 years. Tom attended Anderson University, and Furman University.
We are a group of motorcycle lawyers dedicated to protecting the rights of injured motorcycle riders and assisting them in their recovery throughout the Southeast. Our goal is to take the burden of dealing with difficult insurance companies off the injured rider and allowing him or her to focus on their recovery.
The tough part of our job as motorcycle lawyers is helping injured riders put their lives back together after motorcycle accidents caused by careless drivers. Through our representation of numerous injured riders, we have realized common causes of most motorcycle accidents, as well as the largest hurdle to overcome: the amount of insurance coverage available to compensate riders for their medical bills, lost wages, and other damages.
Liability: Liability insurance pays the injured people in a wreck on behalf of the at-fault driver up to the amount of insurance the at-fault driver purchased. Uninsured: Uninsured insurance is also required by state law, in an amount equal to the amount of liability insurance. This pays in the event you are injured by an uninsured driver or an unknown driver that flees the scene.

Iron Horse was the right team for us and we highly recommend them for any rider! Iron Horse was helpful during my settlement, Lisa King was the main source for information regarding my case. Every time I would send email or call she would respond quickly. I had a motorcycle collision in which the opposing insurance company refused to accept fault for the collision. I gave Kurt a call and he immediately took up the case. Throughout the next couple of months him and his paralegal Kaitlyn Jones worked to settle my case, and I was impressed with what they were able to accomplish. They fought to not only replace my bike but my damaged gear as well, which no other attorney I talked to was willing to do. I had been struck from behind on my motorcycle.
