Need a Rx refilled. I was told I had to come in to see the Dr. I told them my wife is in the middle of doing chemo plus, you know, there's a pandemic going on and I didn't think it was safe or necessary. They told me "there are no sick people here." So apparently they're not in the business of treating sick people but just shaking folks down who want their prescriptions refilled.

Horrible customer service…if you don’t like your job find something else. I called to find out about paperwork I’m waiting for my insurance to allow me to take a certain medicine and the nurse was very rude ( I wasn’t the friendly person I usually am, I used a straight forward voice because I’m tired of waiting). The form just needs to be signed by the doctor. I’m also tired of the wait time to see the doctor. I check in online, I show up 15 minutes (or more) early and still don’t get called back until 15-30 minutes after my appt time. Then the nurses want to chat about their hair

I went here as a new patient to discuss my depression that I've had for the past 20 years. My company encouraged me to take a FMLA (time off) to improve my mental health. However, I needed to authorize a doctor to release my medical records if need be. The doctor here (Bollinger) refused to assist me and told me that I actually didn't have bad depression. She attempted to tell if I was depressed or not by asking me a series of questions... im no doctor but depression doesn't need symptoms.. she was asking me stuff like if I had problems sleeping, am I tired. Etc. And from my answers she says I

Definitely accurate on their low rating and long wait time! I was a new patient and after my assessment with the nurse I waited over an hour for the doctor to come in the room. She never showed up and that’s when I walked out and told front desk. At that point, the receptionist said they can see you now. You shouldn’t have to wait over an hour, complain then you’ll see a doctor. Terrible facility and customer service. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING!

My wife was diagnosed with chronic a disease about 4 months ago, her doctor at clay platte was great at first and it so happened that she was a chronic disease specialist. After the feeding tube was removed the doctor was helping with pain management, with a quick Google search you can see that most everybody with this particular diagnosis is almost constantly in pain, she sent a referral to pain management which was about 2 months out at the time and then completely stopped helping my wife with pain management. Would not talk to her directly and then dropped her from her practice. In a documented

I’ve been going here since I was 14 years old. It used to be a great place and I’ve gone to the same doctor for almost 5 years. Now she passes me off to other doctors who don’t do their jobs or even read your chart. I was in a severe roll over car accident and Dr.Laurie Tuton and Dr.Ligard are by far the worst doctors at this office that I’ve talk to. I waited 2 hours to see these doctors and they were in the room for 3 minutes or less, prescribed medication that I can’t take, shoved a clipboard in my face and walked out. These doctors are careless and they double up on patients that

Was a patient here since the beginning. 25 years. This place went from a caring and top notch practice to a churn and burn money maker with zero respect or accountability. I tore my shoulder lifting a heavy table and was seen by my normal doctor. Was denied any pain meds and the practice administrator Jamie Stevens said if I was in pain, I needed to go to the ER. They no longer treat pain issues. Keep in mind this is in the middle of a pandemic with sick people all over the ER lobby. Its obvious Jamie is the reason this practice has gone downhill over the past decade. His goal was to dehumanize

I have been going to Clay Platte Family Medicine for years. Yes the wait time can be long. HOWEVER Dr. McDonald is a great Dr., and knowledgeable. He takes the time needed with his patients. He is the best Dr. In the Northland that I know! Other great staff as well.

I love clay platte family medical. I have never had issues with wait time or getting in same day, or at least within a few days. Everyone has always been very kind and helpful. Dr. Kafka is always quick and to the point, always willing to run tests if I’m worried about anything, and always listening to my concerns and putting them at ease. Covid is a problem that isn’t going away anytime soon and complaining about the 5 extra minutes it takes to have to get a swab and into your appointment isn’t making anyone look bad except yourself. Take a chill pill and realize things have to be done to

I was referred by a friend who had a really great experience here, but I wish I had checked reviews because this was the worst time I’ve had with any office. I spent 2-3 hours of my day at each appointment no matter how early I booked and received multiple calls back with different results for the same tests, multiple times. My doctor was great and I liked him, but this practice as a whole needs god. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve been nothing but frustrated with this place, playing phone tag, and being sassed by nurses when I call to clarify test results and let them know this process
