My office is a safe place where one can come and feel no judgment to work on goals and improve daily functioning. I look forward to helping you pursue self-acceptance, healing and discovering ways to cope with life's challenges. I have assisted clients who have experienced grief, anger, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment problems, LGBT issues, serious mental illness and addiction.
I can provide marriage and pre-marriage counseling to couples of all lifestyles. We will help you develop ways to work through problems, and find ways to strengthen your relationships. I have been happily married to my husband since 2007 and we have three children, ages 2, 7 and 11. I have great perspective on the lives of working families and the struggles that come with this.
Our office is located at 4425 E U.S. Hwy 377 #116, Granbury, TX 76049- just as you're headed towards Fort Worth from Granbury. It's always best if you come to your first appointment with your paperwork already filled out and prepared so it does not eat into our session time. If you cannot bring the paperwork with you I will have it for you to fill out upon your arrival.
