Insurance has YOU to pay: monthly premiums / pay an annual deductible (usually in the THOUSANDS of dollars) / THEN pay a co-pay per visit / 1 year later ALL of these expenses rises up again. It may significantly cheaper if you paid cash out of pocket for therapy services. FOR EXAMPLE: With 4 sessions for a year @ $150/appt = $600 Total for that year paid directly to the therapist.
If you do not call in for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session "No Show" Fee. Though they both help clients with life's mental, emotional, objective or developmental issues leading to an improved quality of life, Psychotherapist more often have specific, more in depth, often higher educational degreed training than Life Coaches do. They are able to dig deeper into the realm of pathology that a client may be evaluated as suffering from.
