Keston Barker want you to pay to repair his appliances. I moved in Sept and was in court regarding repairs in Nov. now I'm moving but not evicted.
He coming in the property without notice and refuse to repair the appliances he provides. The carpet smell like dog and urine and he doesn't tell you he doesn't make repairs until you move in.
He will say appliances doesn't come with warranty but for someone that claims he been doing this for 25 years doesn't know the law. If a landlord supply appliances they are required to repair then that's law.

Keston is an incredibly efficient agent. I worked with him to buy my first home and then subsequently sell it as well.
The buying process was very smooth! Rather than wasting my time with a bunch of listings, he did a lot of investigation and found the top 3 locations that he would recommend to me. I fell in love with the second one we saw. :)
Years later, when it was time to sell and upgrade to a different area, I called Keston again. Just like the buying process, he was precise and efficient--he told me exactly what to do to to make sure the home was ready to be listed. We sold above asking

Ever wonder why a business supposedly open since 2001 has no reviews? I'm glad to be the first to write something, here are the reasons we both my son and I have experienced from Keston Barker (The Founder! LOL...)
My son is a medical Doctor moving back from East Coast to Long Beach where he was born, we have been shopping for a place to rent for a couple of years until he will find a house to buy and he wants to take his time so no hurry here.
I contacted Keston twice and my son twice as well in regards of different places for rent a total of 4 phone calls and guess what we all 4 same answers
