For your convenience, we file all insurance claims electronically to provide faster claim resolution. Patients are responsible for providing current proof of insurance, as well as a form of photo identification. In addition to being a provider for most insurances, we also participate in insurance discount programs.

Our family has been going to Dr. Butler for 6 years! Staff if professional & friendly. Never had an issue with knowing my costs after insurance or pressure to do any dental work that is unnecessary. Dr. Butler and staff are absolutely amazing. I was having an issue with a tooth that they had to end up pulling and they fit me in extremely quickly for the procedure. Although this experience is never comfortable, Dr. Butler made sure I was as comfortable as possible through the whole thing and I was numb for about 4 hours afterward. They called and checked on me the day after and made sure I had what I needed to be comfortable during recovery since the weekend is coming up. Very happy!

I couldn't be more comfortable and safe than I did today. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and Dr. Butler and staff made me feel welcomed.
