This was my second visit to FloState. It was a different issue than previous. I could not be more pleased with the fast service, reasonable pricing, and the thoroughness and personable staff. Josh and his team truly go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. This is probably the best customer service I have ever received from an automotive repair shop.

Unfortunately the extended warranty I have on my truck would not cover the repair of my 2013 dodge ram 1500. The engine cooler malfunctioned which caused the engine to overheat and melt everything. They said they would allow a new engine cooler, however they refused to replace the engine! Even though we had our records to show we maintenence our truck timely and properly the warranty co wouldn't cover the repairs. Anthony was excellent, so caring and extremely helpful. Anthony tried hard to get the warranty co to cover the repairs for us, but they refused. Haley was also great! If you are looking

I was lucky enough to meet one of the owners of FloState at a Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce event several years ago. I have a large diesel truck that we depend on to get our crew and equipment to and from jobs. In many ways the truck is the lifeline of a big part of our business. I had tire balance problems on my 4 wheel drive truck. Flostate completed a road force balance which took care of the problem and identified a bad tire from the manufacturer. Flostate staff was extremely professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend them for quality service or repairs.

Had a stripped oil plug drain and had to get that changed and had Flostate change the oil as well. I informed them of a leak in my driver's side front tire and they promptly figured out the issue and fixed it. All within a reasonable cost! Their routine inspection was very thorough and overall i was super pleased with this experience. Flostate had many customers who referred me to them.

They did a comprehensive safety check and courtesy check (nice surprise!)as well as an oil change and tire rotation. Found the cause of one of my tires slow leaking air and fixed it as well. Very thorough,friendly and affordable. I was hoping to find a place trustworthy and affordable, since my mechanic moved. I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back here for maintenance and repairs.
