When I called Todd answered the phone in a cheerful professional manner!He listened to the issues I was having with my Infiniti and was able to diagnose the problem rapidly and had my car ready in 2 days! Knowledgeable, hardworking, Friendly, staff. They treat you like family! Was able to fit us in last minute right before Thanksgiving which meant alot to us. I had a fantastic experience at 3 Cuzins. Todd was extremely professional and honest. I went in expecting to get 4 new brake pads, and Todd called me and said that I only needed 2 instead of 4. Which saved me a lot of money. It's not too often that you come across an automotive shop with that level of honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The turbo went out in my f250 and I had the replacement done at 3 CUZINS Automotive. My experience was hassle free and professional. Now they are the only mechanic I will use whether it’s a repair or regular maintenance. I highly recommend.
